Beretta 92FS Vertec in 9mm

Another pistol of mine.  It’s Beretta 92FS Vertec model.  I bought this one versus regular 92FS due to the fact this one had straight back strap instead of curved one on regular 92FS.  This straight back strap fits my hand better since I have small hands.  Also, this model was made in the USA and has a shorter barrel than the regular 92FS.  And I replaced factory plastic guide rod with steel one from BufferTech guide rod.  I don’t see this model in Beretta catalog anymore.  Maybe they stop making it but not sure.  Anyway hope you guys enjoy the pics.

    사진 잘 찍으셨네요. 전 92fs 있었는데 손이 작아서 약간 불편했는데 이걸 사봐야겠네요 ㅎㅎ 요즘 달리십니다 리스팅 ㅎㅎㅎ

    Finally learned how to resize the pictures so I am taking advantage of it. Lol Yes, try the Vertec, you will like the grip very much. I don’t see Vertec in their catalog thou.

    By no means I am an expert in guns but gun enthusiasts like you gentlemen for sure and Thank you for the compliment! I can’t wait to join you gentlemen on a outdoor range day but for now I have to settle for show and tell session for my firearms.

    Looks like m9a1 except the grip.

    Thank you. And yes the grip is different and also has a shorter barrel. Overall this pistol fits my hands perfectly.

    Are you saying this one's trigger is closer than 92F?

    It makes much easier to reach the trigger if the back strap is straight instead of curved. Less area to wrap your hand with if the back strap is straight therefore giving you shorter distance to reach the trigger.
