The upper, BCG and the charging handle are from PSA. BCG is NiB coated. The barrel is 8.5”. I have yet to paint the Lower. Any recommendations on what to use for painting the Lower?

Yes. Bought with my co-worker and milled it with his tools. -
did you mill the lower yourself? -
Yes. I had to use my friend's tools and jig.

Most people hesitate investing money on Jig and tools. it cost much more than ar lower.
you should take pics and record making process.
anyway, it is good to try making first ar lower from scratch.

I wish I had his set up too. Most important part is to have a jig which makes it much easier to machine the receiver. You can even use regular drill press to mill it if you have the jig.

Very interesting... So... is an 80% lower a free way to SBR?

With any 80%, you can use it as either rifle or pistol but you can't use it for SBR. If you intent to use any firearm for SBR, you must get a tax stamp from the feds which means you have to assign a serial number to your finished 80% receiver and register it.

지그 와 툴 비용 에 어설프 게 작업 하면 완제품 만 못하는것 같던데요. -
그냥 만드는 맛이겠죠. 비용으로 따지자면 사는게 훨씬 저렴하잖아요.

정확히 말 하면 한국 에서 JEEP XJ 두대 를 가지고 한대 를 만든건 아니고 두대 를 가지고 한대 에 쓸만한 부품을 옮기고 추가 로 부품도 구하고 페인트 칠 도 하고 작업을 했는데 결국 엔진 에 문제가 생겨 마무리 못 하고 두 대 를 이민 오기전 급하게 헐값에 처분 했습니다.

Oh ok. I probably would have done the same. I just put new rear coil springs and brake pads on my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer. Soon I have to replace brake rotors for both front and rear. I bought the front rotors and waiting on the rear rotors. I also ordered engine oil drain valve made by Fumoto to make oil change simpler. And for transmission oil, I use electric fluid pump to facilitate the oil change. Next time I will ask you if I have any car questions.

I wouldn’t have done it if my friend did not have the tools and the jig. It would be too cost prohibitive for me to go ahead with this project if it wasn’t my friend.
